Russ Horn
President at CoNetrix
Russ Horn became the President for CoNetrix LLC in 2011 after serving as COO for almost five years. CoNetrix is a family of technology companies including: AccountingWare, CoNetrix Technology, CoNetrix Security, and Tandem. Prior to serving as President, Russ spent time as a network administrator, systems analyst, university instructor, and IT auditor. Russ graduated from Lubbock Christian University in 1996 with a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics and from Texas Tech University in 2000 with a Master of Science in Management Information Systems. Russ has been married to Heather Horn for 27 years and has three children, Rylee (married to Sam Reynolds), Avery (married to Cash Howard), and Zane. In his free time, Russ enjoys spending time with family, reading, and running.
Stephanie Henderson
CEO at Carpet Tech
Stephanie has been with Carpet Tech for over 15 years and oversees the day-to-day operations of the company. She is well-respected by the entire team, from technicians to the executive leadership team, because she makes time to invest personally in people and develop the potential she sees so keenly in her team members. Since taking the helm at Carpet Tech, Stephanie has led the expansion of Carpet Tech’s revenue, services, and locations. Her growth strategy stems from hard work, innovation, and team empowerment. Stephanie is a strong operations and financial professional, with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Texas Tech University - Rawls College of Business. She and her husband, Danny, a homebuilder, have been married for 15 years. Their two children, Mikah (12) and Rhyder (11), keep them busy with basketball. Stephanie treasures her time with immediate and extended family and enjoys working out.

Ruben is the Co-Owner of Clear Rock Realty, a dynamic real estate brokerage he co-founded a year ago. With a profound commitment to guiding agents and fostering a familial atmosphere within the brokerage, Ruben is steadfast in delivering unparalleled service to clients. Ruben’s journey in Lubbock began in 2005 as a student at Texas Tech University, where he developed a deep affection for the community, now calling it home. Throughout his 15-year career, he has demonstrated a dedication to assisting people, providing valuable support for clients across various industries. Since 2017, Ruben has been helping families in the Lubbock area with their home buying and selling needs. Faith and family hold significant importance to Ruben, who treasures his supportive wife, Haley, and their four energetic children.

Executive Coach, Speaker, Corporate Trainer
Dr. Kathy Crockett is an executive coach and partners with organizations in customized strategic planning, employee leadership development, speaking and training. She has served as a university professor in business for over 25 years. She also served as Interim President for an organization that had a unexpected crisis and worked to transition the organization to new leadership. Kathy is chair of the board for the Pure Hope Foundation and an executive board member for Parkridge Medical Clinic and Mission Lazarus.
